Here's How We'll Get Your Order To You!

We dispatch our orders from Korea, the USA and Australia, depending on where you are based.

Order Delivery Process

All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday).

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your “junk email” inbox.

Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email.

Tracking Your Order

For US Orders

All orders will be dispatched from our California warehouse.

We will follow up with tracking details as soon as they are available.

For Australian & NZ Orders

All orders will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location. 

Our free orders ordinarily take around 7 business days to be delivered domestically. Please allow up to 2 weeks for deliveries to NZ during the pandemic.

For All Other Orders

Your order will be sent from Seoul, South Korea.

All orders over 2kg will be sent with tracking using either DHL or EMS and take approximate 1-2 weeks to be delivered.

Orders under 2kg will be sent via K-Packet with Korea Post. Parcels are sent via air and take approximately 1-5 weeks to be delivered (depending on where you’re at).

Currently, we experiencing disruptions and delays to our international orders as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. As a result, Korea Post are only able to offer shipping to the following countries:

  • Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • Germany
  • Canada

1. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year and Thanksgiving are peak delivery periods).

2. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked “Returned to Sender”, marked “delivered” but are missing or packages that are delayed in transit.

3. Our prices do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

4. We reserve the right to ship your order from a different warehouse if there are any delays to our usual warehouses.
